2 - 1 ounce squares unsweetened chocolate, melt with 1/2 cup butter in double boiler and cool.
Combine 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar and beat until fluffy. Stir in 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup chopped pecans and the cooled chocolate (above). Spread in greased 9" square baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. While your 9" pan is baking - combine 1 1/2 cups of sifted powdered sugar, 3 tblsps. of softened butter, 2 tablespoons of whipping cream and 3/4 tsp of orange extract. Stir in orange food coloring if you have some. Beat until
smooth. Spread over the baked layer when it comes out of the oven. Chill until firm. Melt 2 - 1 ounce squares of sweet chocolate and 2 tblsps of butter. Stir in 1 tsp of vanilla. Drizzle over the orange layer for eye appeal and chill again. Cut into squares and serve. (can substitute peppermint extract and green food coloring for a Chocolate Mint Treasure)
